WEDDING PLANNING

whew! planning a wedding is a lot of work!! just ask joyce... i wouldn't know a thing about it. everything she's asked me to do has taken me like 3 months to complete the task. i need 3 months notice. even something that will take 3 seconds takes me 3 months. like she asked me to make sure my passport is up to date and not expired so she doesn't have to go on our honeymoon by herself. i think she asked me to do that in february. and march. and april. and may. i just did it today. hey, at least i didn't wait til june. btw, babe, i'm good to go (expiration: 2012).

my day at work today...

so i was just finishing up with a customer (remember, i'm a banker at wells fargo) when i had the urge to go #2. but then there's a couple people waiting in the lobby, so i thought, well, i could help out one more customer before i go. so i have this old granny come sit at my desk hoping it's just a quick 2 minute fix on whatever her problem is. well... she wants to add her bank accounts to a trust. i'm like, great, half an hour... as i start getting through the paperwork, i start squirming in my seat thinking... hmm... am i going to make it? by now, my forehead is starting to sweat and i'm looking for a quick way outta the situation. i quickly printed some documents, picked them off the printer, and just kinda strolled away from my desk without saying anything. five minutes later... having done my deed, i come back to my desk to find that the granny fell asleep at my desk!! haha. i sit down quietly and start filling out the paperwork i printed. then she wakes up, and i say, "sorry i took so long... i had to ask my manager about some of these trust documents." haha... i don't know what's funnier... the fact i took a dump while in the middle of helping a customer or the fact that she fell asleep at my desk while i was gone.

I suppose this is as good a reason as any to make my return to the Xanga world...
